About us
eTaxMall is an independent online retailer of tax filing supplies based in Austin, Texas. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of the IRS, the SSA or any government agency, and we do not provide tax, legal or accounting advice. You are responsible for confirming that the forms you buy are correct for your filing needs and tax year.
Products & pricing
- All prices are listed in US dollars. Applicable sales tax and shipping charges are shown at checkout before you pay.
- We make every effort to describe and photograph products accurately. If an item you receive does not match its description, please contact us and we will make it right under our Return & Refund Policy.
- If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we will contact you before shipping and give you the option to confirm or cancel the order.
Orders & payment
Payment is processed securely by PayPal. An order is accepted when we send a shipping confirmation. We may cancel an order (with a full refund) if an item is out of stock or we suspect fraud.
Shipping

Returns & refunds

Use of the website
You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours. Website content, logos and images belong to eTaxMall or its suppliers and may not be copied without permission.
